Job duties:   Prepare baby bottles, and baby food for 8-14 infants. Prepare breakfast, lunch and a small snack for 35-50 children daily. Document quantities of foods served, description of foods served and number that participated in meal.

Maintain clean, organized kitchen that meets health department guidelines, get Serve Safe certification. Inventory groceries and order groceries based on menu’s.

Compensation:  $8.31-$8.61 based on experience, paid vacation, holiday, sick and personal leave, health, dental and life insurance, retirement, employee discount, no nights or weekends.

Qualifications:  Minimum of 64 hours of college in Child Development, Early Childhood or Education or a CDA certificate and two years experience in childcare preferred.  Must be at least 18 years old and have clean criminal background.

Job duties:  develop and implement the educational program including lesson plans, center time, circle time, small groups.  Supervise 15-20 children.  Supervise one teacher’s assistant.  Make classroom attractive and inviting, use positive guidance and interaction techniques, evaluate children’s progress.

Compensation:  $8.76-$10.20 based on education and experience, paid vacation, holiday, sick and personal leave, health, dental and life insurance, retirement, employee discount, no nights or weekends.

Qualifications:  Graduate from an accredited high school or equivalent, some college preferred.  Experience with eligibility, food forms and childcare enrollment preferred.  Must be detail oriented, must be good with paperwork and be familiar with computers.  Must have the ability to work independently and with others.  Must have a telephone and transportation at all times.  Must be organized and able to read and write English proficiently.  Prefer bilingual in English and Spanish, must be able to communicate effectively over the phone.

Job duties:  Provide intake services–set up enrollment appointments, enroll all clients, complete all client paperwork accurately and on time, schedule orientations.  Complete daily absence documentation, maintain master list of all clients and absences, must report absences and unpaid fees to appropriate entity, maintain recertification dates, making sure completed on time and accurately, track and maintain special funding, maintain waiting list, enrollment counts and billing.

Compensation:  $25,000-$30,000 based on education and experience, paid vacation, holiday, sick and personal leave, retirement plan, employee discount, no nights, no weekends.
