We’re hiring for several positions at different centers. Our team member work the same basic schedule each week, which allows us to plan a life outside of work. Team members are encouraged to enroll their children at ELC: we have a great educational program that prepares children socially, academically and emotionally for school and we give our team members a discount. We have great benefits including: paid vacation, sick leave, personal leave and holidays, as well as paid life insurance policies. We have a retirement plan that pays in 5% each payroll, after 1 year of employment, whether or not you put any money in at all. All fulltime team members have access to health and dental insurance. We schedule weekly training sessions for all team members to attend to meet their annual training and provide access to college scholarships for those who want to further their education. All fulltime positions are scheduled for 40 hours every week. Also, we don’t work nights or weekends, we spend that time with our family and friends!
Child Care Teacher’s Assistants–must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED and pass background checks. Interested parties MUST fill out application below, we are interviewing as applications come in.
Teacher–Must be at least 18 years old, prefer bachelor’s or associates degree in early childhood education, will accept 64 hours of college in early childhood education or a minimum of 2 years experience in child care.
